Invicta Hydrogen Systems Limited, are submitting a solution for the challenge in Toulon, France. There are two main parts to the challenge. First we need to stimulate unemployed people under 25 years or others who have been unemployed for more than 2 years to take up entrepreneurship. The second aspect of the challenge is that many of the potential trainees are in rural dispersed locations and it may not be practical to have them in the same place for training/mentoring.

Our solution, TVT YES-Toulon, has 2 main innovations. First this is the first enterprise stimulus solution that will guarantee purchase agreements for the products/services to be produced by the new entrepreneurs. This is very important for motivation because it guarantees success. The second innovation is that we will create an interactive learning platform that can be accessible from Rural or Urban locations across Toulon, France or the World, as long as users have internet connection. This platform will be used by trainees and mentors to exchange information in real time video communication, emails, or blogs.

This is a very sustainable solution that will consume minimal resources. It will use most of the existing training resources already existing at TVT. It will be created in close collaboration between, Invicta, TVT and a sample of potential traineers.
