I work in Accessible Portugal, an association that promotes accessible tourism in Portugal, and I'm an Accessible Tourism Consultant and Hospitality Skills Training Expert, since 2012. I have my degree in Hotel Management, with several years of experience in tourism and hotels.

In the last years I have been participating as an expert in some accessible tourism grant projects, in ENAT's (European Network for Accessible Tourism) NTO working group, and I'm a member of the technical commitee ISO (International Standards Organisation) WG14 Accessible tourism, on behalf of the Portuguese Institute of Quality.

In Accessible Portugal, I'm responsible for the TUR4all implementation, managing the audits, the team, the technology tools (website and App contents) for Portugal.
