Civil servant of the French ministry for economy and finance, I am a specialist of European and single market policies and of public policies for circular economy, collaborative economy, social innovation, social entrepreneurship and more broadly for social economy.

I am passionate of concrete social impact solutions to reduce food waste of individuals and food insecurity (espacially of students, migrants, women, etc.).

With other citizens, I cofounded association HopHopFood (volunteeer activity) in 2016 in order to fight food waste of individuals/households and food insecurity of fragile population.

Our HopHopFood free digital platform is already available on all suports in order to donate food which could be wasted or just for generosity/solidarity with fragile populations in need of better/good food.

We are launching pilote projects in Sceaux (for students) and Paris (for migrants) this winter, and are working with specialist of methodologies and impact measurement, with the financial support of MGEN, Fondation Randstad and Ile-de-France region.

We could choose Angers as a experiment territory for a second bigger pilote phase end of 2018.
