Les Amis d’Hubert (Hubert’s friends) is a peer-to-peer marketplace that connects people from different generations and foster social inclusion through leisure activities (chatting, reading, concert at home, IT help, writing, walks, museums visits, etc): https://www.lesamisdhubert.com.
Les Amis d’Hubert targets family caregivers who need time off and rest and who often lack flexible and easy-to-use solutions aside professional home care or medical professionals.
Because of growing old, being sick or disabled, people cannot leave their home anymore or not easily, which results in social isolation. Those people are Les Amis d’Hubert’s core beneficiary target.
Les Amis d’Hubert targets family caregivers who need time off and rest and who often lack flexible and easy-to-use solutions aside professional home care or medical professionals.
Our solution aims at offering family caregivers a trustworthy, different and spontaneous leisure-oriented relay that is not help or medicalised.

This proposal shows how Les Amis d’Hubert startup will carry out a 6-month-long experiment in Angers urban area, Loire valley, France, that will consist in deploying and implementing the web platform and complementary processes with the support of its local partners.
The experiment once validated will be a cornerstone in Les Amis d’Hubert sustainability plan progression.
In addition to the presentation of the solution, its strengths and risks, this proposal enlightens Les Amis d’Hubert ambition for nationwide social impact thanks to its unique value proposition.
