Entrepreneur with a background in mechatronics engineering (mechanical + electrical) with extensive experience in the fields of sensors, wireless sensors networks, automation, automated image processing, machine design, retrofitting of existing equipment.

Experience also includes analytical instruments and environmental measurements. George has a real passion in computing and Internet related Technologies (ICT) that enabling him to integrate them in many innovative solutions.

He has been involved in many local (Cyprus) and European (FP7, HORIZON 2020) as a partner but also in advisory committees. His research activities include sensors, environmental measurements, sustainability, environment, agriculture, energy, renewable energy, wireless sensor networks, wireless data transmission, web based applications
