I have a twenty-year experience in running social enterprises, with a focus on migration and integration. Since 2013, I am President of the social cooperative Abantu, which works in synergy with local authorities and local actors based in the Region Emilia-Romagna to provide services aiming at enhancing educational and labour skills for migrants and asylum seekers.
I believe in innovation as primary drive of our work. This approach, which is utterly shared with my team, has enabled us to deliver impact on the life of migrants and asylum seekers, providing smart and new solutions to the integration issues that arise during the migratory experience.
