Though it is common solutions are found outside where the focus lies. Think of the glue for the yellow memo slip. This was actually an unsuccessful glue for a completely different function. How does our FEA solution with one social problem also serve the other? FEA is a succesful glue to keep Brains in Friesland.
Besides our intention to to tap the hidden potential of entrepreneurial strength in Friesland and create businesses and employment,
Our project FEA contributes to the solution of the “mental gap” that is one of the causes of the Braindrain in Friesland, there are ‘hidden’ brains in Friesland to be uncovered which can add as an enforcement of the existing “Brainy“ network/ community.
The value-based approach on all levels of our Project FEA is known to stimulate intrinsic motivation and establishes connectedness (community-forming) and provides a counterpart to the braindrain encouraged by a extrinsic motivation for better income and career making.
