We are VINDIX Solutions. We provide consulting services in Business Process Management and IT for clients (companies and government agencies) of any size. We created an innovative and unparalleled methodology called Concentric Harmonic Cycles/CHC which can accelerate the implementation of relevant Business Processes (with or without the use of IT) in order to ensure that our clients will rapidly achieve their planned results.
Value Proposition:
Help the city of Amsterdam to: 1) select and prioritize which relevant processes they want to implement, 2) select and prioritize which technologies they will use (if necessary) to automate the chosen relevant processes, 3) implement the chosen relevant processes and technologies (if any) through agile execution cycles (using the CHC's proprietary Action Diagrams).
