Dr. Rabea Haß is one of the Co-Founders of Kitchen on the Run, an European integration initiative that fosters exchange on eye-level between refugees and locals. Rabea Haß holds a PhD in sociology and has worked many years in the field of applied research, e.g. at the Hertie School of Governance and the Centre for Social Investment at Heidelberg University. With a research focus on civil society themes, she knows perfectly how to assess the impact of social initiatives and social innovation. Being a social entrepreneur and applied researcher for almost ten years, she has a manifold expertise in designing participatory integration processes and scaling of best-practices approaches.
