I am an expert in sustainability and the circular economy with several years of international experience in strategy consulting. I have worked with some of the biggest players in a range of industries including in food and beverage. I worked with the Dairy Management Inc. to set up the dairy sustainability framework and help develop strategies to reduce carbon emissions in the food sector in the US. I have also done supply chain sustainability consulting for Mars. I have a specialized dual master’s in Sustainable Systems and Engineering. I am the founder of two start-ups, Green Insights and GreenerU. Green Insights provides organisations with sustainability strategy advice. GreenerU offers behavioural change apps for sustainability purposes.
