As a social entrepreneur i have been starting up social impact projects with different target groups, but mostly focused on refugees and migrants. Currently one of the biggest projects i am working on is Súdwest-Fryslân Connect (SWF Connect) in Friesland Netherlands. 

SWF Connect organizes monthly events in the city's Sneek, Workum and Bolsward. The aim of the project is to connect newcomers (refugees and migrants) to local inhabitants and empower the target group to develop their networks. The project has started in October 2017 and by the end of 2018 the project will be fully carried by the local people, both newcomers and local inhabitants.
