I'm a Customer Experience Consultant leading a team focused on education and facilitation of Design Thinking and Sprint workshops, as well as consulting projects related to process redefinition and improving customer experience. I have almost 10 years of experience in Telecommunications industry, working in leading Croatian Telco provider Hrvatski Telekom as a Proposition/Brand manager and later as a Product Manager in Samsung mobile division.
Previous experience as a business consultant for IBM enriched me through working on one of the biggest projects in the region (SAP implementation in INA, Croatian Oil and Gas company), and provided me with experience of working on a multinational project.

I am one of the hosts of the first Global Service Jam organized in Croatia in 2018.

I am passionate about my job, including all aspects from analysis of customer behaviour and research data, brainstorming new products and services, to end-to-end handling implementation. Although independent, I love teamwork, for it's an opportunity to learn and share experience. 

My education includes MBA degree, and university degrees in Marketing and Finance, as well as more targeted education in Design Thinking and Service Design field (MIT Design Thinking, Cotrugli Service Design in Telco etc.).

My guideline is that every day is an opportunity to learn something new. My main focus of interest currently is Design Thinking and how it can help people and organizations to drive innovations and to provide best customer experience.
Through facilitating workshops I am on a mission to spread creative thinking and doing in my surrounding. I have been doing so also through volunteering in holding workshops for various users (internal Hrvatski Telekom education program, Estudent, Visoka Poslovna Škola Zagreb, Dubrovnik Summer School, ZŠEM...). Volunteering is in general huge and important part of my life, currently I am actively participating and co-leading Junior Chamber International (JCI) Zagreb as a board member and leader of Team for community projects, for the second year now.
