Passionate architect and innovator for BICG. I have international experience in workplace design and project management for different projects worldwide. Mainly focused on developing human-centered strategies to office design and innovation in business strategy.

I collaborated with BICG´s Social Challenge program that has been running for the last 3 years by promoting projects that improve other peoples lives. The initiative is a participatory program where employees propose different challenges and altogether choose and develop the initiatives chosen for that year. This year decided to participate in the Innovation platform to promote our scope and benefit other challenges.

My career as a social challenge provider started 4 years ago when I collaborated with Um Teto pra Meu Pais in Brasil to build houses for those who required one. In order to improve my knowledge, I harnessed a scholarship to go to study a master in Development Studies from the University of Sydney. Consequently, I focused on developing a more strategic vision of development programs. I collaborated with Habitat for Humanity by developing global research on innovation for development. Apart from those projects my career has been centred around the participatory processes of delivering solutions to human needs, both in research projects or implementations, with the Technical University of Madrid, Qinghua University of Beijing, The University of Sydney and Universidade the São Paulo.
