Chrysanthi Georganta is a Career Counsellor (MSc), with specialisation in Counselling and Vocational Guidance (M.Sc. in National & Kapodistrian University of Athens). Something that characterises her is passion and desire to help people find their career path.

Initially, she worked in the field of education and understood the importance of inspiring and motivating people to achieve their goals. Then, she focused on providing career counselling services to teens, while she was attending Sign Language courses in order to be able to contribute to people with disabilities and other difficulties , by helping them in their career.

She has undertaken the adaptation of psychometric tools in the framework of her cooperation with the University of Athens and private bodies involved with vocational guidance. She has prepared and implemented career programs in schools, conducting lectures and experiential exercises concerning vocational development of students, team building and career decision making.

In recent years, she is the Co-founder an idea-holder of Career Sign NPO, but still cooperates with voluntary organisations, undertaking management of various projects, and training and recruitment of volunteers.

"Everything is (going to be) extremely well" This phrase summarises her and it is something that she conveys to others!
