I am an interdisciplinary designer and a researcher who thoroughly enjoys working co-creatively with people. Over the last seven years, I have worked with collaborators from science, design, public, academic and industry sectors, to unfold new opportunities for design and innovation.

Currently, I am a Post Doctoral Research Fellow at The Helen Hamlyn Centre for Design (HHCD), Royal College of Art (RCA), London. I am working on developing Creative Leadership as methodology that is central to innovation in the 21st Century. The research is led by Rama Gheerawo, HHCD Director, and brings creative methods from Design Thinking and Inclusive Design, together with those from business leadership, to inspire, train, and realise personal and organisational transformation.
