Madalina has a high drive for social change and is dedicated to improving the lives from the Bottom of the Pyramid. With an MSc. in International Business and over 10 years of experience in business design, strategy and operations in multiple sectors and industries, Madalina is now committed to accomplishing her mission through AllGrow. Her experience includes close collaborations with IFC, Ashoka, Levi Strauss Foundation, IDB, CESolutions, AIESEC in Haiti, Turkey, Suriname, Denmark and the US. Madalina led projects in the area of social entrepreneurship, CSR, improving workers well-being, micro-franchising, and financial education. While in Haiti she co-founded a local social enterprise Solkomyo.
