While studying International Business Administration at the University of Business and Economics Vienna, Anna worked for two ecommerce startups, gaining insights in eCommerce, startup structures, supply chain and process management. She fostered her academic focus on startups and innovation by several internships and projects professionally. Anna attended international programs in Russia where she got a language scholarship at the Saint Petersburg State University and Canada, where she completed her exchange term in Vancouver at the University of British Columbia. After being trusted with the responsibility of key account management and sales at Unilever, she has travelled to San Francisco, USA to work for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to promote the Austrian entrepreneurship ecosystem in the fields of science, technology and business by connecting Austria to the Silicon Valley. Since Anna's special interest lies in the creation of social equality, she handed in her thesis about how to implement a strategy to drive sustainability within bad banks.
