Aladin Naksh Bandi, MBA
Holding an MBA from the University of Atlanta and having over 20 Years of experience in development and communications has enabled Aladin to merge professional and practical experience with an academic background, and gave him a competitive edge to handle strategic initiatives and related challenges.
He joined Abu Dhabi Government in 2008 during a critical stage of transformation and restructuring as mandated by Abu Dhabi Vision 2030 to deal with people's mindset change, introduce new business processes, promote public-private partnership, introduce the European Forum for Quality Management (EFQM) model in addition to many other strategic initiatives, while ensuring business-as-usual state for the government. Furthermore, Mr. Naksh Bandi played a major role in preparing and writing several excellence submissions based on EFQM model. Many entities have asked his permission to use his research papers as guidance for proper change management while executing government projects.
Aladin planned and started execution of “Smarter Integration 2025” strategy  He also lauched SMART Academy to implement the strategy with Austrain partners and stakeholder.
