My name is Cornelia and looking at my CV someone might think I planned on founding Unverschwendet all along. As a trained chef I first studied law and economics. Pursuing my personal values of sustainability and responsibility I studied eco-resource management in Vienna and Design & Innovation for Sustainability in London. Due to working in a zero waste project and my passion for food I started looking for a job in this field in Austria, but couldn’t find anything so I founded Unverschwendet. Looking back I couldn’t be any happier about this decision.
