I was studying social economics and social economy in Vienna, and had been working as a commissioning and automation technician at the global leader in machine tool building WFL-Millturn Technologies for more than six years, when I started managing a residential house for refugees at the Ute Bock Association. I founded the social enterprise “bockwerk” in 2015, which I am now completely reframing under the new name Nut & Federer. My responsibilities include the conceptual design, the business modelling, being the contact person for designer and architects, the coordination of production and distribution, the B2B & B2C – sales and finances.
