I call myself a change-maker. I have several roles: professor, trainer, coach, program developer, project manager. My experience is and diverse. I work as a Professor for a small private university which also has a campus in Vienna - Wittenborg Universty of Applied Sciences. We cater for an international audience of at least 80 nationalities. I also work with political refugees - I have been doing that for the last 8 years and have set up a Foundation for that purpose www.facesofchange.online. We develop programs geared at participation, inclusion, entrepreneurship. Refugees for us are 'Talent on the Move'. It is a matter of expertise and experience to tap into that potential. We have that. We have worked with hundreds of refugees from Syria, Eritrea, Yemen, Palestine, Iraq, Iran, Somalia, Pakistan, etc. Men, women and youth. They too often become marginalized because they cannot find their way in the host societies where they try to make a new home and additionally they lose their self-confidence. We develop programs that empower people and bring the hidden potential of refugees to the surface. Through a variety of knowledge, instruments and techniques we teach people to regain control over their lives and get out of the often isolated position which they often fall in.
