The European Union promotes entrepreneurship as a key competence that can boost competitiveness and growth. Formal qualifications do not always help young people when it comes to solving problems, rising to challenges, assessing opportunities or taking risks Even managing a small project can be a real achievement for someone who has never before faced such a challenge. Actually, Entrepreneurship depends on:
- knowledge, including the ability to identify opportunities for personal, professional and/or business activities;
- skills, in proactive project management, representation and negotiation, and working as an individual and in teams;
- Attitude, characterised by initiative, independence and innovation in personal and social life, as much as at work, and motivation and determination to meet objectives
FREELANCIAMI aims at producing an impact in all those areas: it aims at providing the knowledge of market trends and quick validation techniques, to provide young entrepreneurs with the right skills to assess their idea against market requirements and their entrepreneurial attitudes.

FREELANCIAMI is an hybrid solution addressing yoiung people willing to start their own business .  FREELANCIAMI is provided through three different ways:
1. Workshops , that have the purpose to introduce the methodology to people in a really “friendly” way.  
2. E-learning course, that has the purpose to let people follow an on-line training course according to their time and availability. 
3. Masterclass (2 day sworkshop), that has the purpose to teach people to shape their own small business, by starting from their passions and personal skills.
