In a safe and educational environment, Mindbook will be a social network whose objectives of our solutions offer is acces to: - An adapted step learning (subject to validation). - A control by the educational actors (families, carers, doctors and psychologists). - Constant assessment of the level of learning. - An interaction between different users. - A high degree of security and adapted.

1. Introducing:


Stent.care is a social network that provides secure digital collaborative and adapted tools to people with motor, cognitive, visual, and auditory impairment. People living in the same physical or mental situation can meet, share, improve daily life and be protected from the marketing and misuse of their data. Stent.care makes sure to protect our values: Meet, Share, Improve and Protect.


2. Who are the Users?


We took into considerations all the characteristics of users.


a. Youngsters with intellectual and cognitive disabilities aged 13 to 24 years who own a smartphone or a computer: From 13 to 16 years: build their first network (basic level), increase confidence and autonomy to reach an appropriate level of using skills (friend level) and building independent relationships (privacy level).

b. Families: Control of the youngster’s activities, follow up of the work of the educational team, getting in touch with other parents, collecting feedback from other users to improve educational supervision and consider training frameworks for other carers.

c. Educational Teams (Teachers, educators,): Control of the youngster’s activities, Educational supervision of the youngster, collecting feedback from other users to improve educational supervision and consider training frameworks for other carers.

d. Reference centres collaborating with TICE cooperative: Networking between different families, supervision of the youngsters and sharing with educational and medical teams as well as with families.

e. Medical Teams: Psychological follow up and care: Follow up on the evolution of the youngsters, collecting feedback from educational teams and reference centres and families.


3. Our proposal to create the Mindbook digital social network :

Initiation to the first uses of a digital social network.

- Pathology search engine.
- Publication Text on page Contacts validated.

c. EOM 06/2018 - Friends (Friends 1)
Features:
- Closed Private Messaging.
- Publication Photos and videos on validated contacts.

d. EOM 08/2018 - Friend (Friend 2)
Features:
- Private Messaging Open.
- Personal page all audiences.


e. EOM 10/2018 Privacy (Privacy 1).
Features:
- Pathological Search Engine and Geolocation.
- Publication text, photos and videos all contact.

f. EOM 12/2018 - Privacy (Privacy 2).
Features:
- Free Event Promotion.
- Membership Associations.
- Possible user notices.


4. Conclusion:
It is not easy to propose a solution with 3000 characters. Mindbook must be a secure tool adapted to the real needs of young people that takes into account the security, technical and financial imperatives. It seems clear to us that this implementation will be done in close collaboration with the teams of the cooperative TICE.
The network is composed by metrics (Assessment according to expertise and referential TICE Cooperatives).
